$75 per hour

On-Site Computer Repair & Support
$95 per hour

$39 diagnostic fee
Not sure what's wrong with your computer? We can evaluate the issue and recommend a solution.
The $39 diagnostic fee will be credited toward an approved repair.

Service & Billing Policies

- Additional labor is billed in 15-minute increments.
- Diagnostic fees are discussed before work begins.
- Replacement parts, hardware, software, and materials are additional.
- After-hours emergency support is billed at 1.5 times the applicable standard hourly rate.
- Any applicable travel charges are disclosed before scheduling.
- All work and pricing must be approved before service begins.
